What is full sublimation printing?
Sublimation is a printing technology in which the ink penetrates the fabric fibers, covering the entire surface of the material. This makes it possible to create virtually any design—from solid colors to complex graphics with gradients, photographs, and large illustrations.
This solution is chosen by brands that want to use the entire tent roof or sidewalls as advertising space.
The greatest advantage of sublimation is complete design freedom. The graphics can cover the entire fabric surface without any limitations.
How does DTF printing work?
DTF (Direct to Film) works differently. The print is applied only to the areas where the graphics are located, while the rest of the fabric remains in its original base color.
This makes it possible to print:
- company logo,
- advertising slogan,
- brand identity elements,
- full-color graphics,
- gradients and fine details.
The key advantage is that DTF does not limit your color palette. You can use your brand’s full range of colors without printing the entire tent cover. As a result, production costs are often significantly lower.

Is DTF quality different from sublimation?
In terms of color reproduction, both technologies deliver outstanding results.

If your graphics do not need to cover the entire fabric surface, DTF can achieve a very similar visual effect at a significantly lower cost.
