An elevated tent is not just an aesthetic addition, but primarily a functional tool that can handle situations where other structures fail. Uneven ground? Do you need a higher canopy that can be set up in 60 seconds? Check out why an elevated tent structure makes a difference and can be essential in certain industries.

Elevated structure for pop-up tents

Key information

  • The legs of the structure have an 11-step adjustment every 5 cm
  • The elevated structure eliminates the problem of a tilted tent on uneven ground
  • The elevated tent has a height of 2.3 m – that’s more than the standard 2 m
  • Industries that particularly benefit from the elevated tent include the funeral industry and automotive sports organizers

What is the structure made of?

The structure of the elevated advertising tent is made of aluminum, a solid, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight material. The components of the structure are easy to assemble and disassemble. Okay, but what does that actually mean? First of all – the tent will withstand wind gusts of up to 50 km/h, and with additional reinforcements, even up to 100 km/h, while being easy to transport. Some tents can even fit comfortably in a station wagon/sedan.

How does the structure of elevated advertising tents work?

Pop-up tents have a key advantage – they set up in a flash. You can do it in 60 seconds. Our designers have ensured that every piece of equipment is maximally user-friendly. Zero complications when setting up and taking down the tent – this is our top priority. Therefore, when some customers requested an increased entrance height, we designed it in such a way that the intervention in the structure itself was minimal. The entrance height has been increased from 2 m to 2.3 m, and the user can adjust the height every 5 cm – from 1.8 m to a maximum of 2.3 m. You adjust it using a quick and safe leg release mechanism. Importantly, the setup speed of the tent remains unchanged. It still takes 60 seconds.

How does an elevated tent help on uneven ground?

It often happens that we need to set up a tent on uneven terrain. A tilted advertising or funeral tent does not create a good impression. The ability to adjust the height of each leg individually in 11 steps every 5 cm solves this problem. You don’t need to search for or place any objects under the legs. Just extend the leg as much as needed to eliminate the feeling that the tent is about to topple over.

Who is the elevated tent for?

Tents with an elevated structure have a wide range of applications in various industries that value functionality and convenience. They are most commonly chosen by:

  • The funeral industry
  • Event organizers (e.g., motorsport)

Funeral homes prioritize the elegance of funeral ceremonies. One of the elements that elevate the ceremony’s significance is the pop-up tents. They not only protect attendees from bad weather but also add a sense of solemnity. When setting up a funeral tent, organizers often face the challenge of uneven cemetery terrain, adjacent graves, or excavated earth. The smooth height adjustment of the leg structure solves this problem. Participants in car rallies encounter a similar issue. Imagine – it starts to rain and the vehicle breaks down. In such cases, a pop-up tent is often used as a portable service point. In no time, a tire is changed, and the vehicle is back on the road. Some vehicles are slightly taller than the standard 2 m, so the elevation to 2.3 m gives mechanics more freedom.

Why does an octagonal frame matter in pop-up tents?
Why does an octagonal frame matter in pop-up tents?

When choosing a pop-up tent, you usually notice the size, fabric colour or print first. These are the elements you see straight away. But the way a tent performs in practice depends above all on its frame. It is the frame that determines stability, ease of use and durability during frequent setup, folding and transport. That is why we use octagonal profiles in our pop-up tents. They make the frame more rigid and give the user greater confidence during use. In this article, you will see what that means in practice.

Event marketing trends for 2026 – What’s really changing and how to use it in Event planning?
Event marketing trends for 2026 – What’s really changing and how to use it in Event planning?

Entering 2026, event organizers are facing a period that is both genuinely exciting and increasingly demanding. Expectations are high – and coming from two directions at once. On the one hand, there is still a strong demand for live, in-person experiences. Relationships, emotions, and good energy simply can’t be fully replicated online. On the other hand, cost pressure is becoming more and more tangible. Budgets are being scrutinized more closely, and each event is increasingly expected to justify itself with measurable outcomes: sales, customer retention, community building, pipeline growth, or employer branding.

This is clearly reflected in the PCMA/Convene study. Nearly half of industry professionals openly admit they feel both excited and concerned at the same time. And the challenge that keeps coming back, like a boomerang, is cost. This mix of emotions has become the new normal in event marketing.

It is precisely from this tension – between ambition and economics – that the key trends for 2026 are emerging. Events are not meant to be less impressive. They are meant to perform. Visual impact and the “wow” factor still matter, but only when they genuinely support a specific goal, rather than becoming a goal in themselves.
