A trip to a trade show, event, or promotional campaign does not have to mean arranging van transport. Octa Compact is a full-size 3 × 3 m pop-up tent that packs down to just 110 cm in length, making it easier to transport in a passenger car together with the rest of your booth equipment.

Key information

  • Octa Compact is a 3 × 3 m pop-up tent that provides 9 m² of covered space when set up, ideal for trade shows, events, outdoor sales, and promotional campaigns.
  • When packed, the tent measures 110 × 50 × 50 cm. It is a promotional tent that fits easily into a passenger car, SUV, or estate car.
  • The compact folded length makes transport, storage, and carrying easier, especially in locations where a standard frame measuring around 1.5 m would be less convenient.
  • The scissor frame is made of aluminium. The legs feature octagonal aluminium profiles, and the connectors are also made of aluminium.
  • The frame itself weighs approximately 36 kg. The roof weighs around 10 kg, and the four walls around 10 kg. The complete set with roof and walls weighs approximately 56 kg.
  • The fabric is available in a wide range of colours, and selected variants can be customised with sublimation printing. Recycled materials are also available.

A trip to a trade show, local event, or promotional campaign often starts with a simple question: will all the equipment fit in the car?

With standard pop-up tents, the main challenge is often the length of the frame. The tent itself may fit, but then there is not enough space left for products, a counter, promotional materials, or booth equipment. Octa Compact was created for companies that want to use a 3 × 3 m tent but do not want to arrange van transport every time.

When packed, Octa Compact measures 110 × 50 × 50 cm. This means it can be transported more conveniently in a passenger car, especially with the rear seats folded down. It is always worth measuring your own boot space before purchase, but the shortened format provides significantly more flexibility than a classic tent with a frame around 1.5 m long.

A promotional tent that fits in a car

Octa Compact has a full 3 × 3 m footprint when set up. Under the roof, you get 9 m² of space that can be used as a sales point, tasting station, customer service area, or a small promotional zone.

This is not a small tent designed only for a single table. It can accommodate a counter, display stand, products, information materials, or several chairs. If needed, the tent can be equipped with side walls to protect the stand from wind, sunlight, or the view of people passing by.

The biggest difference becomes noticeable after the event. Instead of wondering how to transport a long frame, you simply pack the tent into its carry bag and place it in the car together with the rest of the equipment.

Who is a car-friendly pop-up tent suitable for?

Octa Compact is a good choice for companies that regularly work on location but do not use a delivery vehicle every day. It is suitable for seasonal sales, product demonstrations, tastings, sporting events, industry trade shows, and local promotional campaigns.

It is most often chosen by companies that:

  • travel to events by passenger car,
  • need to fit products and promotional materials in the vehicle as well,
  • do not have much storage space for a long frame,
  • frequently change booth locations,
  • want to have their own promotional tent always ready to use.

It is also a convenient solution for sales representatives, small event teams, and brands that participate in many smaller events throughout the year.

A construction designed for frequent transport

Octa Compact features an aluminium scissor frame. The legs are made of octagonal aluminium profiles, and the connectors are also aluminium. This construction is designed for regular folding, setup, and transportation.

The frame itself weighs approximately 36 kg. The roof weighs around 10 kg, and the complete set of four walls another 10 kg. With full equipment, the entire set weighs around 56 kg, so it is recommended to pack individual components separately. This makes it easier to distribute the weight in the car and carry the tent from the parking area to the event location.

The frame can be combined with a Comfort bag with optional wheels. This is especially useful when you need to move the tent through an exhibition hall, parking area, or a larger event space.

Advertising you can take with you

A promotional tent for a car should primarily simplify logistics, but it should also look professional once set up. The roof, valances, and walls of Octa Compact can be covered with printing customised to your brand.

A logo, slogan, product graphics, or corporate colours make the tent visible from a greater distance. In practice, it serves two purposes at once: it provides shelter during work and helps your company stand out from other exhibitors.

This is especially important in places where you compete for the attention of event participants. At trade shows, festivals, or sports competitions, simply setting up a table is often not enough. A printed tent builds brand recognition and gives customers a clear signal of where your stand is located.

How to transport Octa Compact in a car?

First, it is worth checking the dimensions of your vehicle’s cargo area. The packed tent is 110 cm long, but you also need space for walls, stakes, ropes, weights, and booth equipment.

The best solution is to place the frame securely against the rear seat backrest or along the boot, and pack soft elements such as the roof and walls next to it. During transport, the structure should not move, so it is worth securing it with a strap or another type of fastening.

For regular trips, a consistent packing method works well. First the frame, then the roof and walls, and finally lighter promotional materials and accessories. This way, after arriving at an event, you do not have to search through the entire car for the necessary components.

Octa Compact instead of a delivery vehicle for every event

Not every promotional campaign requires a large booth and van transport. Sometimes you simply need a reliable 3 × 3 m tent that you can take with you to an event without additional logistics.

Octa Compact provides full-size covered space while taking up less room when folded than standard structures. It is a solution for companies that want to operate flexibly, always have a tent ready to use, and avoid depending on the availability of a delivery vehicle when attending events.

Full sublimation print or DTF? Which printing technology should you choose for a promotional tent?

Not every tent design requires full-surface printing. In many cases, a well-placed logo, advertising slogan, or brand identity elements are enough to make your stand attract attention. That is why more and more companies are choosing DTF printing instead of full sublimation.

Does this mean DTF is the better option? Not necessarily. Both technologies have their own advantages and are suited to different types of projects. In this article, we explain the differences, when each method is the best choice, and how much you can save.

Why does an octagonal frame matter in pop-up tents?
Why does an octagonal frame matter in pop-up tents?

When choosing a pop-up tent, you usually notice the size, fabric colour or print first. These are the elements you see straight away. But the way a tent performs in practice depends above all on its frame. It is the frame that determines stability, ease of use and durability during frequent setup, folding and transport. That is why we use octagonal profiles in our pop-up tents. They make the frame more rigid and give the user greater confidence during use. In this article, you will see what that means in practice.

How to Plan a Community Festival or Town Days: An Infrastructure and Equipment Checklist

A community festival is one of the biggest organisational challenges for local authorities. Dozens of exhibitor stands, several functional zones, sound systems, catering, a children’s area – and the infrastructure that connects it all. A well-prepared equipment list helps avoid costly mistakes and ensures that every edition looks professional, regardless of whether it is the first or the tenth edition of the event.

Below you will find a practical overview of equipment and infrastructure divided into categories, which can be turned into a checklist before every outdoor festival.
