Beer Festival – Wrocław. What Challenges Did We Face?
Every exhibitor at the festival must stand out in the crowd, especially in the beer industry. Regional breweries want to attract guests not only with the taste of their beers but also through aesthetically pleasing, functional, and eye-catching booths. The challenge we took on was to provide solutions that:
- Protect from the weather – June weather can be unpredictable.
- Increase visibility – in an environment filled with dozens of tents, it’s essential to stand out in the crowd. Each brand needs to be highlighted with a personalized approach.
- Build a professional image – event equipment must primarily look aesthetically pleasing, emphasizing the professionalism and uniqueness of the brand that potential customers interact with.
Our Solutions for the Beer Festival
During the festival, companies most often chose the 3x3 and 3x4.5 m pop-up tents. Why?
Because pop-up tents are:
- Made from reinforced construction that is corrosion-resistant, stable, and does not wobble.
- Functional – side walls and canopies protected customers and brewers from sudden weather changes.
- Easy to transport – as the tents are lightweight. They can easily be packed into a sedan or station wagon.
- Professional image builders – not only through the printed logo but primarily because we produce materials in our country, in Wodzisław Śląski. This allows us to be flexible and open to your suggestions, while also properly controlling the fabric. We won’t allow the material to look unprofessional.
What role did the advertising deck chairs play?
There’s no better way to taste beer than taking a moment to relax on a comfortable deck chair. Additionally, it’s worth noting that brands associated with relaxation are more memorable.
Our deck chairs:
- Encouraged relaxation, which extended the time visitors spent at the booths and influenced repeat purchases.
- Highlighted the brand, as each deck chair had the company logo printed on it, increasing brand recognition.
Visibility from afar – advertising flags and umbrellas
To ensure the brewery booths were visible from a distance, we needed to make some noise to let people know something was happening. We wanted them to “hear” us from afar.
That’s why we supplied flags with logos that were attached to the tents. Some booths also used advertising umbrellas, which created additional space for conversations and tastings.
