A summer picnic for families, residents, and invited guests was organized at a green sports facility. The event had a relaxed, summery vibe, without pretension, focusing on relaxation, fun, and connection with nature. The scenery relied on what the space already offered – plenty of greenery, light decor, and a calm, summery atmosphere. How did MITKO assist in the organization?

Challenge
The organizers were looking for a canopy that not only looked good but also performed well in various areas of the event – from gastronomy to the chillout zone and animations. It was important that the tents could be set up quickly and easily. They needed to be resistant to wind and sun while also being eye-catching and conveying the summer, festival atmosphere of the event.
What solution did we propose?
For the event, we provided MITKO starshade tents. Their distinctive shape attracted attention and fit perfectly into the open space. With a large diameter, one tent easily replaced several smaller structures.
Under one of the tents, a relaxation area was created with deck chairs and tables, while the other served as a communal dining space. The light material reflected the sunlight, providing a pleasant coolness and a sense of space, even in full sun.

Results
