Polish Gymkhana Cup 2022 – Jaworzno

The Polish Motogymkhana Championship 2022 is one of the most exciting events in the motorcycle world, attracting a record number of participants to the track in Jaworzno. Motogymkhana is a discipline that emphasizes precision, agility, and speed. It requires participants to navigate complex obstacles while maintaining full control of their machines. Every turn, tight slalom, and sudden U-turn presents a challenge for the riders, as well as for the organizers, who must ensure proper setup and comfort for both participants and spectators.

Riders from the ADV Academy motorcycle school, aiming to create a professional and visually cohesive space, approached us with a request to supply 3x4.5 express tents and advertising flags with prints. Their expectations were clear – they needed sturdy, easy-to-set-up tents and durable flags with logos that would withstand intensive use, be aesthetically pleasing, and reflect the seriousness of the entire event.

When we received the inquiry from the organizers of the Championship, we immediately got to work. Thanks to our own metal workshop and sewing facility in Poland, we have full control over every stage of production, allowing us to respond quickly to client needs and prepare a durable product.

To start, our team discussed the order details with the client. We examined what content and graphics were to appear on the tents and flags, and the client provided us with the necessary logos and images. Based on this, our graphic designers created a visualization and design.

In the production process of 3x4.5 express tents and advertising flags, we focused on durability and precision of execution. The corrosion-resistant and weatherproof construction was crucial for such a demanding outdoor event. Every element – from the frame to the seams on the fabric – was carefully planned and prepared by our metalworkers, graphic designers, and seamstresses. Thanks to our excellent understanding of the specifics of sporting events and event requirements, we were able to prepare a project perfectly tailored to the needs of the ADV Academy team.

The printed advertising flags were designed to be clear and durable. The vibrant colors and logos attracted attention and highlighted the character of the entire event.

Thanks to our on-site production in Poland, specifically in Wodzisław Śląski, we were able to ensure that the order was delivered on time.

By using our express tents and printed advertising flags, the athletes’ area and public spaces gained not only a professional appearance but also practical conveniences. 3x4.5 express tents provided shelter for the athletes from the sun and wind, allowing them to rest during breaks. After such a tough challenge, it’s nice to sit down and have something to eat, right? The advertising flags with logos enhanced the team’s visibility at the event.

The implementation for the ADV Academy team at the Polish Motogymkhana Championship 2022 demonstrated that our express tents and advertising flags perform excellently in dynamic outdoor conditions.
