On February 15, 2025, WSB Academy organized an extraordinary event at Zwardoń Ski – “Musical Train to Learning.” It was a combination of education, fun, and a musical adventure that began at the PKP Station in Katowice. At 6:55 AM, a special train departed, where students could participate in a Silent Disco led by a DJ. Upon arrival at the slope, participants were greeted with more festivities – concerts, competitions, and fun on the slope. At the center of these attractions was our star tent, Jehlan.

Goal – covering the DJ and attracting the attention of guests
The event organizers set two specific goals for us:
- Covering the DJ area – the weather conditions on the slope are unpredictable, so protection from snow and wind gusts was crucial.
- Creating a clear focal point for the event – the tent was to serve as a central meeting place where competitions and attractions took place.
Solution – rental of the Jehlan star tent
The organizers decided on the Jehlan star tent. It is the perfect choice for demanding conditions and attracts attention like no other.
Our actions included:
- Transporting the tent to the slope,
- Installation adapted to the snowy surface,
- Providing protective space for the DJ and musical equipment,
- Creating a central event area that became the focal point of the main attractions.
Results – highlighting the key area of the event
Thanks to the use of the Jehlan tent, we achieved several key results:
- Visible landmark – the tent naturally drew participants’ attention, directing them to the competition area,
- Comfortable conditions for the DJ – the equipment and artist were effectively protected from snow and wind, allowing for a smooth event flow,
- Increased participant engagement – competitions, including the popular game “What’s the melody,” took place under the tent, attracting many participants and adding dynamism to the event.

Summary
Choosing the Jehlan star tent was a perfect decision. It not only effectively served its protective function but also highlighted the significance of the event, giving it a festival atmosphere. Thanks to solid organization and thoughtful placement of the tent, participants could fully enjoy the event, and WSB Academy had the assurance that key points of the event would be properly highlighted and secured.
