Organizing outdoor events, such as the finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, requires a comprehensive approach to logistics, aesthetics, and functionality of the space. • Covering the space for artistic performances,

We designed and delivered solutions in the form of pop-up tents and Jehlan tents (single and double-mast) as well as 3x3 pop-up tents. Each element had a clearly defined function, allowing us to maximize the use of space and meet the expectations of the organizers, but most importantly, the participants.

• Single-mast Jehlan tents as catering points

In the gastronomy area, we utilized single-mast Jehlan tents. Their elegant design perfectly matched the event’s atmosphere, and their functionality allowed for the free arrangement of catering stations. Thanks to the spaciousness of the tents, the catering points could efficiently serve event participants, even during peak times.

• Double-mast Jehlan tent as a mini amphitheater

A key feature of the event was the stage where dance and music groups performed. The double-mast Jehlan tent served as the cover for this mini amphitheater. Its distinctive structure not only provided protection against changing weather conditions but also created an aesthetic and professional backdrop for the artists. The space under the tent was appropriately arranged, and the stage setup allowed the audience to comfortably observe the performances.
