  2. The recipients of personal data in connection with the achievement of objectives may include:

    1. Persons authorized by the Administrator – employees and collaborators;
    2. Entities to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data (data processors) based on concluded agreements;
    3. Entities to which the Administrator will be required to provide data based on legal regulations;
    4. Data recipients such as couriers and banks.

  3. The processed personal data is not transferred to a third country or international organization.

  4. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to achieve the objectives:

    1. In connection with the performance of the concluded contract, until its completion, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by legal regulations, particularly regarding the retention of accounting documents or to secure potential claims.
    2. In connection with the marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator, until consent for such processing is withdrawn.

  5. Rights granted to individuals whose data we process:

    1. The right to access the content of the data, based on Article 15 of the GDPR.
    2. The right to rectify the data, based on Article 16 of the GDPR.
    3. The right to erasure of the data, based on Article 17 of the GDPR.
    4. The right to restrict the processing of data, based on Article 18 of the GDPR.
    5. The right to data portability, based on Article 20 of the GDPR.
    6. The right to object to the processing of data, based on Article 21 of the GDPR.

  6. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on a previously given consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if it is believed that the processing of personal data is carried out in violation of the provisions of the GDPR.

  8. Providing data for any purpose is voluntary, but in some cases (such as entering into a contract – purchasing a product, handling complaints, returns, and other services offered by MITKO Sp. z o.o.), it is necessary for their execution. The consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to fulfill specific obligations by MITKO Sp. z o.o.

  9. As part of direct marketing – to offer you our products and services, including tailoring them to your needs, we may use profiling. Activities related to profiling for direct marketing purposes do not have legal effects on you. You have the right to object to marketing.
