Ordering Tips – find out what we may ask you
At Mitko, we ensure that orders are processed on time. However, to speed up this process, it’s helpful if you prepare answers to a few questions that we often discuss with our clients.
What event are you participating in and when does it start?
Depending on whether you are participating in car rallies, trade fairs, or simply need a mobile sales point, we will select the most suitable and popular advertising displays for your industry.
What is the total area where you will use the advertising displays?
Is this space inside a building or outside? Does it include one location or multiple different sites, such as conference rooms, office spaces, or open urban areas? Please also prepare the dimensions or approximate area, as well as any technical limitations.
How many times a year will you be using the purchased displays?
Do you anticipate regular use? Or will they be used only occasionally, in special situations such as seasonal promotions, holidays, or special events?
Do you have files or ready graphics for your stand?
Do you already have prepared files or ready graphic designs that could be used for the arrangement and equipment of your stand? If so, are they in the appropriate format and resolution, suitable for printing or other project-related needs?
How many walls will you need for the tent?
Do you plan to use a fully enclosed tent, meaning all four walls, to ensure maximum protection and privacy? Or will two or three walls be sufficient to create a more open space that allows for easier interaction with visitors?
How many people do you have to help with the setup?
How many people do you have available to help set up the tent or other elements of the stand during the event preparations?
How will the displays be transported?
Do you have suitable transportation available, such as a passenger car, a delivery van, or are you planning to hire a specialized transport company?
Is the ground where the equipment will be set up soft or hard (concrete or grass)?
This will help us select the ideal equipment for anchoring to the ground.
