MITKO Sp. z o.o. Newsletter Regulations

For the purposes of these regulations, the following definitions shall apply:

1. Service Provider – MITKO Sp. z o.o. based in Wodzisław Śląski (44-304) at Os. 1 Maja 16G, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Gliwice, X Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000331770, NIP: 647-05-09-572, with a share capital of 200,000 PLN, email: kontakt@mitko.pl, phone: +48 32 441 63 03.
2. User – a natural person subscribing to the newsletter service, who has consented to receive it, accepted these regulations, and provided their email address.
3. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. These regulations define the rules for providing the newsletter service by MITKO Sp. z o.o., located at Os. 1 Maja 16G, 44-304 Wodzisław Śląski, NIP: 647 050 95 72, registered in the KRS under number 0000331770, hereinafter referred to as “MITKO Sp. z o.o.”.
2. The newsletter service consists of sending commercial, marketing information, and news related to the activities of MITKO Sp. z o.o. via email to the address provided by the user.
3. Using the newsletter service is voluntary and free of charge.

1. To subscribe to the newsletter, the user must provide their name, email address, and accept these regulations.
2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of the newsletter service.
3. The user can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each email or by contacting MITKO Sp. z o.o. directly.

1. The data controller of the user’s personal data is MITKO Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service based on the user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
3. Personal data will not be shared with other entities, except for those providing technical services related to the newsletter (e.g., mailing system providers), with whom MITKO Sp. z o.o. has concluded appropriate data processing agreements.
4. The user has the right to access their data, rectify it, request its deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

1. MITKO reserves the right to change these regulations for important reasons, such as changes in the law or changes in the manner of providing the service.
2. Users will be informed of any changes to the regulations via email.
3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law shall apply.
