We know how important costs are for a company. That’s why, instead of throwing away or buying new equipment, we provide access to spare parts for our products for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Importantly – replacing damaged components on your own does not result in loss of warranty!

Need a spare part, but don’t know what model of tent you have?

To enable us to accurately identify the model and select the appropriate part, please prepare the following information:

Invoice number from the order or VAT number and approximate order date – based on this information, our advisor will find your order in the system.
If ordering a spare part for the frame, photos will be helpful – especially of the upper, middle, and lower parts of the leg. This will assist our advisor in recognizing the type of construction.
A sticker with the serial number on the tent leg – our frames are marked with stickers containing symbols for identification.
The order number recorded on the inner side of the care label in the tent roof – the label contains the production number, which will allow our advisor to locate your order in the archive and accurately identify what equipment you have.

Lifetime post-warranty service

Even after the warranty on the tent structure has ended, we will conduct a complete inspection! We will check which parts have worn out and require refurbishment or complete replacement, and we will take care of it! So you won’t have to wait long.
