In connection with the purposes for which the data is being processed, its recipients can include:

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time, with no effect on the legality of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal, if the processing takes place on the basis of a prior consent given pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 point a) of GDPR.
You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory body, provided that the processing of personal data has been recognized as taking place in violation of GDPR regulations.
Providing personal data is voluntary, regardless of the purpose, although in some cases (such as when concluding a contract for the purchase of a product or in case of complaints, returns and other services offered by MITKO Sp. z o. o.) providing the data is necessary for their fulfillment and therefore not providing it will result in the inability to fulfill some of its obligations by MITKO Sp. z o. o.
